Quinta Magnólia has 6500m² fenced area in a vaster property of 14.000 m2 and is in the Algarve Park, inside the National Ecological Reserve, providing an authentic experience of contact with nature and total tranquility. The location allows complete privacy, fast and traffic-free access to the A22 and N125, and proximity to the beach or golf. Access is by private road.
Quinta Magnólia consists of a villa with spacious en-suite bedrooms, 3 large lounges, beautiful lawned gardens that surround it, a large 12mx 6m roman-style pool with optional heating, huge leisure spaces to practice various sports and also cycling, walking or jogging. The gardens and pool have romantic night lighting.

You can enjoy several outdoor activities, such as a BBQ on the lawn, a walk through the Quinta’s orchard and vineyard, as well as through our organic garden. In the interest of sustainability and respect for nature, we have solar panels for the production of electricity and also water heating. We have parking for several vehicles.
Quinta Magnólia is ideal for those looking for a rural tourism option to enjoy unforgettable moments with the family, but with proximity to beaches, to the cosmopolitan centers of Portimão and Lagos, or simply a bike ride away to collect the warm bread baked in a wood oven in the villages of Odiáxere or Mexilhoeira Grande. Your pet is most welcome!
The house
For your security, the house is equipped with security systems such as video intercom, intrusion alarm central, and smoke and fire detection equipment.
Common Area
The house consists of en-suite bedrooms with private bathrooms. You can choose from double bed or twin bedded rooms, both with the option of including a cot or extra beds.
The living room is located on the ground floor, for reading, a small library, board games and chess table, or simply watching a movie on the large 65″” TV. Also on the ground floor is the second lounge where meals are taken with table for 18 people seated, and with the versatility of playing snooker. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers.

The Quinta is prepared to ensure fun at all times!
Outside you can enjoy the pool and sun loungers, play volleyball on the sand field, take a walk or bike ride, and also visit the organic farming area. You can prepare delicious grilled meals on the barbecue, while the little ones have fun on the swings or on the giant trampoline, or playing siribol or kids archery.

You’ll find several activities and hobbies to enjoy in complete comfort, during summer or winter.
On the first floor you have the games room, with different options for the whole family. where you can find table football, table tennis, darts, a synthesizer piano, TV for Playstation, Pilates gym equipment and gym machines. On the ground floor is the snooker table, chess table, and many social and strategy games. Football and other international sports competitions are available free of charge on the TV service (Eleven, Sport TV,…)

Unforgettable experiences are waiting for you near Quinta Magnolia. You will find stunning rocky or long beaches, a wide range of water sports such as Kayak and Stand Up Paddle, or motor water-sports such as jet-sky or challenging inflatables pulled by the boat. You can stroll along the cliffs of the Algarve coast or enjoy a game of golf in Penina or Palmares golf courses. If you like adrenaline, the Autódromo Internacional do Algarve is a must.

Quinta Magnólia is strategically located in the Western (Barlavento) region of the Algarve, in the Faro district, between the two magnificent cities of Lagos and Portimão, both 10 minutes away by car.
Just 8-minute drive from Meia Praia and Palmares Golf Course and 10 minutes from Penina. Faro Airport is 45 minutes away and Lisbon is 2:30 am, with excellent access to the A22. Access to the N125 and A22 is 3 minutes away, benefiting from an ideal location for those willing to get know the Algarve from the eastern border with Spain until the other side of Sagres, and without traffic.
Quinta Magnolia offers stunning views; to the North the natural landscape of the Algarvian Barrocal, to the South you can contemplate the beautiful gardens, while having lunch under the large porch overlooking the estuary of the Ria de Alvor, one of the Ramsar sites In the World, and the sea at Meia Praia.
